Should you do one thing at 100% or everything at 1%?

I, myself, am a multitasker, I can't focus on one thing, not even one single thing! I've always thought that I was on the right path and it's a good thing to be a multitasker, you get so much done in less time BUT I was dead wrong!
The thing is you can't master it all, as simple as it is! If you want to succeed in one field, you can't focus on other stuff and master everything. Maybe it will work for a long period of time! But why tutoring yourself? Think about focusing one thing for a month, doing it every single day for 30 days! Even thinking about it helps you imagine how good you will be at it instead of doing in on the side for a few months.
Focus is one of the main ingredients of becoming successful in what you have passion for. IrHere's some great articles with great practices.

Let Go & Move On
We all have some ugly memories that never leave us alone. Some bad news, breakups, divorces, deaths, bad people, etc..we try our best to avoid it as much as possible but anything could trigger it as it just happened... the pain is so fresh that ruins the rest of your day...or maybe your week...next thing you know is that you've been trying to deal with this your whole life and you still can't get over it.
Unfortunately, we barely recall good memories. Bad News is like a poison, it needs to get out of your system or it kills you. The biggest reason is that we try to figure out what happened that it happened or how it happened...analyzing it over and over again in our heads. We practice it whenever we get a chance, as a result, it becomes a part of us like a habit. You got to understand that nobody feels good about it, but there's nothing that could be done about it.
One helpful strategy is that you need to face the fact when it happens. You need to digest the information first. You need to feel the pain physically and mentally through your whole body, it hurts SO bad but it's better than hurting for life. Take a few minutes for yourself, let it all out...deal with it. This strategy helps you getting it out of your system right away. You will realize how much it can help you, you automatically won't think about it as often as you used to and therefore, it won't become a part of you.

I never fail, either I succeed or I learn. HA!
"Failures are steps in the ladder of success."
You failed? you got rejected? GOOD! Almost all of us give up after failing at something. It's normal, it's human nature. Nobody likes to fail! But you can turn it around, it's HARD but do you want to live the rest of your life wondering what you would've, could've, should've?! I think not!
The truth is, everyone fails, even the most important people in the world failed a couple of times to get what they are now. You need to believe in yourself and in your goal. If you don't then you really don't want it that bad? right?!
— James Allen

The most important thing is to accept the fact that you failed. I think it's the word "failure" that scares us most. Nobody wants to brag about how many times we failed.
We have a lot of EGO and we have got to let go of it in order to succeed. It's a MUST!
You can't have both! It's the ego that is holding you back. It's the ego that is hiding the truth from you. It took me years to learn how to accept failure, it was a lot for me to take, a lot to digest! It's still hard, but I have changed my attitude towards it.
Then I learned to digest the information right away, it's really really HARD but once you do it, you feel lighter, you analyze what went wrong, what you should've done and what to do better next time. You clear your mind!!!

How much time do you waste everyday?
Did you plan something last year but haven't got anywhere with it yet?
Do you ever feel like time flies and is out of YOUR control? Does time really fly?!
The question is: What DO YOU do all day?!
Then what you need is an EYE OPENER! I came across this infographic a while ago and it really changed my life. Not kidding!
The infographic is about
How The World's Most Brilliant People Scheduled Their Days
You can find out how you schedule your day using Excel Pie Chart. If you don't know how then you can visit http://office.microsoft.com/en-ca/excel-help/present-your-data-in-a-pie-chart-HA010211848.aspx to learn how to do it! :)
The interesting part is, most of them socialized and exercised! Maybe we underestimate socializing or not doing it right! Networking is always a great way to meet people in your field. It takes effort but definitely worth it. Exercising is a must! I will share more on this.
When I first calculated mine, I was surprised how much time I waste all day without realizing it! and worse than that, I used to spend 5% of my day working on my passion! which was half an hour. I thought being productive for half an hour was better than doing it for hours of not doing it right! BUT c'mon!!! half an hour?! I found on that I spent hours on the internet and other stuff. It was an eye opener for me and I hope it's the same for you!
