How many times have you put something off until tomorrow? Almost everyday!
Procrastination!
According to Wikipedia, "Procrastination is the practice of carrying out less urgent tasks
in preference to more urgent ones, or doing more pleasurable things in
place of less pleasurable ones, and thus putting off impending tasks to a
later time, sometimes to the "last minute" before the deadline."
The thing is: It is important, it's usually what benefits us most when we accomplish it! But we simply don't and choose to put it off.
The problem is we don't even realize that we are procrastinating. We waste more energy on thinking about it rather than getting it done.
